Fly Tipping

Not sure if this is classed as fly tipping,
i suspect it is more and more common that workmen leave waste in situe like that, before it just saved time getting rid, but now its increased costs and hassle.

Not sure if this is classed as fly tipping, but they certainly should have shifted this lot. Some tree surgeons cut down a very tall tree and left all the wood on the ground. Wonder how long it will take to decompose. (Down a back alley behind our house)

This when a wood burning stove or open fire in the lounge comes in handy.

Do you know what wood it is? If it is any good post a message on a woodworking site, there are probably plenty of people looking for free wood to use.

I know some wood turners carry chainsaws in the boot of their car waiting for an opportunity just like this.
