hiya, i have a sime 90 mk 2 i have had it for about five years, being recently divoreced i dont have a clue, lost the manual, the heating has been making a banging noise when on full goes when i turn it down, bled the radiators yesterday but nothing came ou tof two of them, anyway the boiler now wont fire up i dont know if i should refill the system or what, the pressure needle iis fine between 1 and 2 underneath the boiler there are two blue taps i am not sure if i should turn these or not to fill it back up please help me my kids are froze thanks amanda

Its very simple! Top up the water pressure to 1.5 Bar. If it already says that increase it a bit more to 1.8 bar as the gauge may be stuck. See the FAQ section.

Now tha Anna Reaburn bit, if you cannot do it yourself, call back the ex. Be kind to him and give him something nice to eat and drink. He will be pleased to see the kids and probably you too!
