Yeah, Russia objected to the 'NATO border' getting closer, so they invade a county and in doing so move themselves closer to the NATO border! Yeah, a conundrum.

I'm not sure what your talking about, all I'm saying America wouldn't be happy with 'alien' forces setting up camp next door to them the same as Putin's not happy with Ukraine being offered a chance to join NATO therefore moving the goalposts.
