I've got some downlights fitted under the wall kitchen units. The wire to the lights goes through a whole at the bottom of the kitchen units, up the back of the inside of the units and through the top. The power, transformers etc sit on top of the units. The end of the wire from the downlights has been cut off for the wire to fit through the wholes in the cupboards in the first place. Then rejoined using a connector so that it can be placed into the transformer. The connector is accessible as its on top of the cupboard but its not concealed. Should the connector be in a concealed unit? Thanks.
