Replacing Electric Cooker with plug for one without

I am replacing my built in electric cooker which as a plug on it to one which does not.

Can I do a straight swap with the double plug socket for a terminal outlet box?

What size cable feeds the double socket :?:

What power rating is the new cooker :?:

Rated Voltage: 230 Vac 50 Hz
Supply Connection: 13 A (double pole switched fused outlet with 3mm contact gap
Max Rated Inputs: 2.28 kW (B153SS)
2.98 kW (B156SS)
Mains Supply Lead: 3 x 1.5mm²

Its 6mm T&E cable feeding it which comes from an appliance switch

As your new oven is rated at 13A, why not just put a plug on it?
