Tell them to inspect for correct seals of the inner flue.

Make sure there is nothing obstructing the flue outside. Look through the sight window with the combustion cover on ,if it lights and the flames start to lift off the burner you have a flue problem and will need a gas man to look at it.

There must be some dirt under the low water pressure switch. What I have also had on this boiler is a build up of dirt where the exp/vessel pipes joins the boiler. At this point the boiler prv and pressure guage join giving you some confusing reading...

Unscrew the nut under the flow switch and the turbine will drop down. In between the turbine and the plastic nut you can usually see a small plastic bit protruding this is what slows/stops the turbine spinning. If you push this bit back into the cent...
