I have fitted loads of 24 and 28 juniors and they have been pure gold. Hot water on the 28 is adequate and they are rock solid.

OO b tch! :lol: To be fair once I took it off the wall and chucked it back at grahams, the new one works a lot better. Two years now and it has run ok. Still sounds like concord with the toasters lit though. :shock:

Depends on make and model. Some current models still have hot and cold fill, though you can always connect them together with a Y-piece and connect both to the cold supply. The only time that a hot and cold fill draws hot is when you do a boil wash a...

washing machine doesn't draw hot water. Also she won't be heating a tank full of hot water on the off chance she wants to wash her hands.

It depends on her gas bills now. I halved my bills and I would expect your mother to save at least a quarter.

Should do it but if she is on her own then she should really think about a combi. It will save her a lot on hot water.
