LV bathroom extractor fan

i am installing low voltage bathroom fans with a humidisat

do these require a DP isolator, and can the FCU be mounted at a height near the ceiling outside the bathroom?
these fans will go come on at a certain humidity level and not be switched from the lights, although it will be wired on the lighting circuit from the CU

If you must, but not really good as the electrician servicing the fan may have difficulty finding it. So a label on the fan would be good in this case.
