Water from vent pipe

Hi, it is one of the old systems but it did work for years, anyway, the system is a fully pumped one and works with one switch i.e water and heating, it was off for some times and then start to make a noise and found the pump is almost gone so change it to a new one make sure all the valve open but hot water comes out from the vent pipe, what could it be the problem?
