Ive seen some unfinished oak flooring which is 1500mm wide and 20mm thick, in length from 1m to 3m.

What would be required to finish these off?

Would rather get these due to length then ones with 300mm lengths

150mm wide I think? From what source? If timberyard, make sure it is:
A) dried to flooring specifications, which is dryer than timber specifications
B) check the widths of various boards to see if there are differences - 2 - 3 mm difference will create larger than that gaps between the boards
C) are they sanded and filled - if not you will have to lightly sand over it after installation before applying your choice of finish.
D) what finish you use is down to personal preferences and skill.

I'll have to put the link up to the item number.

Im unsure if its a timber yard and will have to check drying spec.

If collecting able to pick length to suit and most seem to have no knots.
