The floor construction is this: 45mm scree-100mm concrete-DPM-75mm celotex- hardcore.
Boards are 20mm thick Oak 240mm wide t & g. Lengths vary from 3m to 1m.
Scree was laid in January 2018, external doors fitted a week later.

Do I use Mapei P990 or 5/6mm Gold underlay?
