Hows things man?

Last year i had 5mm oak flooring laid in a room 20msq onto a concrete base, a foam underlay was used in an attempt to eradicate moisture, i was informed by the joiner it was adequate.

I was away for a week and when i came back, a section of the flooring running the length of the room and about 6 boards thick (roughly 4" per board) has risen causing the door to stick and me to lose my chuffing marbles.

It runs directly between 2 doors and was not sealed at the kitchen side. (by this i mean there is a gap about 20mm at the threshold between where the oak floor ends and the kitchen tiles begin...)

Erm... Help? What can i do to fix this nonsense?

Any help is gratefully recieved...

Chris. ;)
