Multi-finish - area covered per bag?

I'm sure this has been asked and answered before on this forum but i've searched for it and can't find it. I'm looking to order some bags of multi-finish and i'm not sure how much i need. Is there a rough 'rule of thumb' to what area of plasterboard a bag of multi will skim??

8 -10 sq/m based on 2-3mm thick skim.

word of advice, use board finish, much better finish and quicker

Like many, I just use Multi as the “all rounder”. Can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in ease of use or finish but being a bit slower on boards can be an advantage for the less experienced or if you’re not as young & fit as you once were!
