Hi folks

I'm doing bathroom and the lath & plaster walls need tidying up. I've got stuff like crumbling screw holes to fill, a recess to plasterboard over and just a few other generally bad looking bits to fix (it all had pine cladding over it previously).

I bought a bag of multi-finish plaster, but i'm reading it should only be applied up to 2mm. What should i be using to fill up old rawl plug holes etc? Or bit that are just deeper than 2mm?

Can i use pollyfilla then multi-finish or the top? Or even just squirt in some gap filling adhesive, then multi-fill? ....but that even sounds rough! Maybe not!? Is multi--finish the wrong thing?

Let me know what you think.

Cheers
iain

Or fill the holes with the multi the night before, and then pva the whole wall before you start.
