glow worm cx hot water connector

Have lost the "nut" that connects hot water to the boiler (on the underside of a glow worm flexicom cx 24 boiler. Anybody have any idea where I can get a replacement AND what the part is called. Cheers

Since the nut is captive on the pipe then its difficult to imagine how you came to lose it!

Or have you bought a dodgey second hand boiler off Ebay and plan to fit it yourself?

did you not recommend this boiler Tony?

I sometimes say that a flexicom is about the only rear flued boiler on the market and thus the total height is lower.

But I would stop short of recommending them. In fact I usually add that most installers are not very impressed by them.
