I have fitted a MiGo thermostat to the old Salus wireless connection and it keeps saying ebus problem ,
The boiler is glow worm flexicom CX , the wiring goes to a black box inside the boiler before going to the circuit board , is this the problem the wiring needs rewiring into black box
If so how do I get into black box to check ?
Many thanks

The black box is a plug assembly, where the wires enter from outside there are 2 screws to remove either side of it then the whole thing pulls out.
You do not need to remove the boiler case/cover.

I've unscrewed 2 screws underneath the boiler that hold black box and it's still held by 2 plastic plugs , how do l get past them ?
Many thanks

It's okay have got past the 2 white plugs holding black case , looked at wiring and think it's wrong but don't know how to fix it. Have to connect to ebus as its smart thermostat .
Boiler fires up by holding thermostat wires together so have heating but obviously not a solution .
Any ideas ?
