Ideal standard Large WC push button replacement any ideas???

I have a large Push button supplied with an Ideal Standard concealed cistern and back to the wall pan. I think its bloody enormous and am looking for a small replacement. Does anyone have any ideas?

The push button needs to be dual flush and will be installed on the face of the unit the pan butts up against.
