Help......no clue now radiator problem

i think that was done. it had water in it and pressure?The plumber drained the system and refilled it again. He says he is stomped and needs to think

You say you think that was done so you're not really sure? Maybe there are isolation valves under the floorboards that are turned off? Maybe unlikely but possible?

also try removing the top part of the trv and checking the brass pin is free.

Shut that valve and open the bleeder, is there a good constant flow. If so do the same with the valve at the other side, with the first valve reopened
