Looks like it's been installed using a blanking plate. What size is that cable?
That is a cooker outlet.
The screws are centred on a blank plate, same as the socket.

Yeah as stated its a proper cooker outlet plate
Flex was either 4 or 6mm, didn't take too much notice, it was the manufacturer fitted flex, circuit is 30A
Obviously not the worst I've seen, but it was done by someone whose job presumably is to deliver and connect up cookers, I'd expect them to be able to carry out such a basic electrical task with some degree of prefessionalism

A blank plate is slimmer than that to as well as screws a little lower, name and shame who did it?
comet, has to be.. bunch of cowboys...
Is there even a iso switch? With the single socket next to it looks like it could be worktop hight and they just swapped cooker switch for cooker outlet plate?
This is below countertop level, there is a isolator correctly located above contertop position... the S/O is for gas ignition should a gas cooker be fitted instead
