tyrolene rendering

can i put tyrolene straight onto breeze block extension

I suppose you can, but that's what it will look like, tyrolene on to blocks. I'd recommend a coat of render first . Your blocks would have to be fair face to look half decent.

Breeze blocks are great at sucking in water, so be careful. You would have to make sure you covered it well. You'd need to think about not bridging the DPC. What is the blockwork like into the windows and door - do you have reveals there?

What is the spec/regs etc that you got permission for? What is the rest of the house like?

Anyone else?
