2391 Scheme of Work

By the way, the 2391 exam on Thursday night was exactly as required by the published syllabus and should not have been too difficult, but I'm already hearing rumblings of discontent from candidates who studied at other centres. (We threaten our candidates with violence if they dissent!! )

The current exam team are doing a pretty good job of not simply recycling questions over and over again - like the previous regime used to.

We always work to cover all the required elements and we makes sure to include all possible angles. Our equipment and test rigs are to the required standard and we are pretty scrupulous about conduct in practical assessments. We work our candidate hard and expect them to be proud of their efforts when they gain a pass.

I'm always amazed and sometimes a tad annoyed to hear about theory being tackled by simply rote-learning answers to past questions and practical 'assessments' being carried out mob-handed or spoon-fed. These practices devalue what should remain as a difficult qualification to attain.

As a result, a very high proportion of those who hold the 2391 qualification are likely to have not actually fulfilled all the requirements unaided.

Fair comments dingbat. I've got the qualification here before me and can rustle something together. You know how it is though regarding re-inventing the wheel 8)

Sounds like you have a good training head on you there. I like your style. Not sure about 4 ten hr days AND homework though!! You harsh man you. :D
