2 Way Light Switch - Dimmer

Hi

Current switch has L1, L2 & L3

New dimmer has L1, L2 & C

Do I wire as follows?

L1-L1
L2-L2
L3-C

Or

L1-C
L2-L1
L3-L2

I am sorry if this has been asked numerous times but I couldn't figure out my set up to others?
