Anglian Windows disaster

Anglian fitted two bay windows and they are a complete disaster.
They just about sit on the bay window supports and there are gaps to the outside world where the windows meet the window sill. Neither is there any insulation underneath the bay windows causing it to be very cold in the win.

I can't afford an expert report so has anyone any suggestions on how I can get this poor workmanship resolved?

Photos please. Why would the window fitters have fitted insulation beneath them though?

You say it's cold in winter, how long have they been in?

Have you complained to Anglian and had their Area Sales Manager or whoever round to see if he thinks it's an acceptable job?

Never seen a insulated bay cill, get them back if your not happy

I wasn't being funny, not many people are experts when it comes to chosing which DG company to go for but usually the big nationals are way out on price and seem to knock thousands off in an instant IF you sign that day!

You must have really screwed them down on the price

Unfortunately, the one with the horse, is not Everest. It is Anglian Home Improvements which has the horse and knight.
