is it boiler problem?

hi all,
when the hot water is running for a length of time even the boiler mode is hot water only,I found the radiator is warm.it seems like the CH work.
i am confused with it. is there a problem in the boiler or the set up is not correct.
could anyone give me a idea about that?
the boilder is BAXI combi 50e

It sounds like a boiler fault.

But I have never heard of a Baxi 50e !

maybe it is Baxi 105he.
I guess if some hot water enter the CH when the boiler work on DHW ?

Sounds like the diverter valve is "letting by", ie passing water to radiators when hw on.
Diverter valve needs service kit or replacement.
