Terminating into a phone socket.....Correct tool ?

As per title what is the correct tool for terminating a phone cable into those BT sockets.....I know there is a plastic cheapo type one but is they seem to be only good for one or two uses......?

You might have more luck searching for a "IDC Tool".
Same thing, different name.
