T2AL250VP fuse

T marked fuses are usuallly anti surge /timelag
F marked are basic normal fuses
FF marked are fast acting
250 is the rated voltage

A T2 is available in LBC glassbody as well as HBC ceramic body, difference being the breaking capacity
Could also be 20mm or 32mm long

thanks rocky
It's 20mm glass
So I know what to order now

17th - maybe 'flipping'??

If the 2nd f stands for fast, i would like to know what the first "f" stands for?, lol
I think that the first (or only) one stands for 'fast' (from the days when there were only 'fast' and 'slow'), whilst a second one makes it 'faster' or 'very fast' :-)

Kind Regards, John.

SB, If you do much maintenance work? You can get 'selection' boxes of these 5x20 glass fuses with the most common ones in.... saves the running back and forth or maplins

Hi Adam

Thanks for that suggestion - it's a one off as I'm fixing a friends 'wake up' alarm clock - just ordered a couple off ebay.

Hope you're doing OK!

SB
