Going to be flagging outside my back door it is 9 meters x 2n meters and going to be putting bull nose edges where the flags will me the grass. Do I just get the screed level as there is no run off to a grid ?

Thanks

Assuming the grass is level or slopes away then just have them a maybe 15mm higher than the grass which will give enough room for water to run off but still cut-able with a mower rather than strimmer.

You need a very slight fall away from the building.

Keeping the patio slightly lower than the grass allows you to run the mower over the edge without needing to go back with edge clippers or a strimmer

If you are using bull-nosed edges then your patio edge will presumably be higher than the grass, so you need to sort out the levels accordingly

Any rain run-off should soak away into the grass. If not, then lay a 150mm x 150mm gravel trench below the grass edge and turf back over this.
