Hi All

I have recently built a couple of small retaining walls, one is a raised flowerbed.

Having considered rendering them or perhaps modern pebbledash, we have finaly decided to mozaic tile them.
We would just buy some cheap white glazed bathroom tiles and break them ourselves.

I need some advice on how best to seal the wall against moisture, what adhesive and grout to use to ensure the tiles stay on?

Any advice, suggestions, thoughts gratefully received.

Check out the BAL (British Adhesives Ltd) website....they have all the info you need for waterproofing, exterior adhesives and grout.
Very little is suitable for your project in the DIY sheds, in my opinion.
John :)

I have used some of their products in the past when tiling a kitchen floor, always heard good things about them.
