Combi boiler, 3 radiators not getting hot

We have recently moved to a new property back in April. We have 3 radiators that dont produce any heat whatsoever, not even the pipes leading up to the radiators get hot in any way.

There are 2 radiators in the conservatory and 1 at the back of the front room, these are all very near to each other and none of them work... All the other rads in the house work without problem.

I have bled all the radiators bar one in the conservatory where the bleed valve just spins and spins no matter what direction its turned in. The other two, water comes out, can't hear any air etc.

I'm totally clueless about this, would appreciate any advice

Oh, also, the refill pipe to the boiler is permenantly connected? I hear this is a "bad thing"?

Try turning off the other rads in the house to see if the cold ones heat up at all. You could even turn off the cold ones as well and try them turned on, only one at a time.

This is not supposed to be permenantly connected? right?

Can I remove it somehow without water spurting everywhere?

The system probably needs balanced.

Try it and see. It does look as if it is turned off.

The valve on the rad at the back of the front room is VERY stiff... There is another radiator in another downstairs room that has the same valve... When we first moved in I was turning this rad on/off to regulate heat and the carpet was getting wet around the valve... it doesnt appear to have done it since.

The carpet under the rad at the back of the front room is stained, and whatever it was went mouldy too... looks like that valve has leaked too... could it be this valve has knackered up?

Ive been turning that black valve to top the boiler up when the pressure has been getting too low... so yes, it is turned off but its still connected to the mains supply... If I take it off water will go everywhere...

The end with the black head on the valve is turned off, the bit in the other end of the braided hose is a non return valve. So, unless any of the valves on either side of the hose is passing (the black one is unlikely), it will be ok to remove the braided hose (leaving both valves in place).
