Had the firm back around 6 times to cure the large bedroom window, twin opener with central pane.Right hand one draughty, noisy the fitter had no idea,I pointed out he needed to put a spirit level against the frame upright, where he saw as I did, that the bottom was around 12mm out.So when the window is shut it does not meet in the middle with the seal.He called again to rectify took the centre fixing out, packed the frame out and put a new fixing in.Now it does not close correctly from the top to half way down.the frame is obviously twisted,Whats the best way to go.Get another firm to check the issue and correct it,and bill them.Or keep on thier backs until its fixed.

Aye, as they seem to be bothering to come back they would appear to at least seem to want to get it fixed, even if they do seem incompetent.

E-mailed them last week and again Monday still no reply. There is a buzzing reverbarating noise from it when the wind picks up slightly, and a fair draught. The top and right hand side are not closing onto the seal,I put some tape on with the window closed and opened it,around 3-4mm actually past the tape.See pics.

If you're emailing them then you're all too easy to ignore.

If you're really bothered get on the phone and speak to someone! Make a nuisance of yourself

This is always my fist port of call,so tried it first.they dont do anything over the phone anymore and will only respond to a letter or e-mail.
If I try to complain or explain over the phone I get the parrot like response of you will need to write or e-mail we do not do service calls or complaints on the phone.
I'm really annoyed by this,if they dont e-mail back by next week a visit in person will be happening.
