Do you ever do it?

I often think of a name I've heard like 'The Bronx' (nice leafy suburb that I always thought was a slum.

Yonkers - bit of a slum.

Hackensack (out of the Billy Joel song) - nice posh area.

I go all over the shop. OZ, NZ, USA, UK, - great fun.

I tried to find Goldsworthy a town in W Australia I worked at year's ago and couldnt,Its been erased

I found what remains of Goldsworthy on google maps. not far east of Port Hedland. Apparently when the mining finished there, the Australian Government ordered all of the towns buildings removed. There's still the outlines of the streets marked on the map, including Pippingarra Drive (led out to the mine) De Grey Drive, Strelley Drive, Pardoo Parade, Coongan St and Mulyie Way.

You must have had a rare old time in King cross, I worked on that big shopping centre at Bondi junction one of the chippies worked evening's as projectionist in one of those dodgy clubs down there, I did have a few good nights down there and used to go to Redfern on some saturday night's but a bit scary to go out, I cant remember the exact date but remember the music 461 ocean boulevard Okie JJ kale and wish you were here had just come out.

In the little house next door lived a lad who went on to become a very famous Aussie jockey named Craig Carmody.

When the weather started to get cold in Sydney I moved north to Queensland and spent some time in Brisbane and Makay working on a wooden water tower in a Sugar refinery by then I had a old Ford Falcon with the straight six engine a classic Aussie motor.

I was in Makay when I was working with the circus in 1970. We lost the elephants in the sugar cane. :P :P

I remember those Falcons. Very big inline six. I had a Holden EH at about that time. Another classic.
