Used them years ago on Local authority contracts full schemes of them.

The tiles we used came in strip of 5 were manufactured by tuff tile (dont know if they still exist)

Fitted to 50x50mm battens pinned at the bottom.

The tricky part is verges, junctions, etc.

They still look as good as the day we installed them around 15yrs ago.

Nobody wants a tin roof. I certainly wouldn't buy a house with a tin roof unless I had a discount big enough to remove it.

Probably one very small one We had to put a metal roof on ours ( privy ) after some neer - do -well`s pinched all the kent peg tiles off it

It makes no difference. If people wanted them they'd be everywhere - so obviously they don't. Who want's to sell a house with a roof no-one wants?
