Hey I have installed two urinals with one cistern feeding them. That when flushed the sparge pipe on one of the urinals carryies on dripping in to the urinal bowl after the flush is complete what could be causing this?

If it's only affecting one urinal - poor installation. Do you own a spirit level?

Could the cistern be filling too quickly. Thus not allowing the syhpon to shut of properly?
Doubt it, once the syphonic action is broken you shouldent get any more water in the sparge pipe, I still reckon syphon is faulty.

If your horizontal leg on one side goes slightly upwards towards the elbow it will not drain correctly. The pipe will drain back past the tee and drain out of the other spreader.
The red line is the water level. Both sides need to be parallel with it or have a fall from the tee to the elbow:

. Might be helpful to know how long it drips for Depends what's causing the existing drip.
If it's caused by cock-eyed pipework as per my picture, then it won't.
