No, I don't.

The existing Aerjec is better than combining the feed and vent pipes, if installed properly. There are still adjacent, separate feed and vent pipes, but air cannot be drawn in.

A sealed system with an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve on the boiler (probably already fitted) would be better still.
 
This is why i dont know what to do?
the airjec i have hasnt helped at all how do we know that it hasnt been installed correctly

Compare your installation with the diagram on the link posted previously.
Or take a picture and post it here, identifying the pipes.
Or draw a neat sketch and post it here.
 
im sure mine is like this

15mm flow inlet? I don't think that can be right.

22mm cold feed, coming from below? Are you sure about that?

You need to trace the pipes so that you know where they go, not just think where they may go.

Does the 22mm Flow outlet connect to the pump inlet, so that the pump is pumping away from the Aerjec? Look for an arrow on the pump body.
 
HI update, one of the fitting on the pump has leaked once in its life but its been checked the plumber and me, and not leaking





at the bottom we have a sponge as when its on - we had a bit of vibration as when it heats up and this solved the problem

It seems to be fitted correctly, it conforms with the top diagram in image 4 in the link I posted at the bottom of the previous page. I can't be more certain than that, from photographs.

That arrangement shouldn't be pumping over and taking in air, unless there is something else very wrong.

Have you checked whether it is hydrogen (as asked previously)??

Vent some of the 'air' from a radiator, holding an upturned glass over the bleed valve. Hydrogen is lighter than air and will float upwards into the glass. Keeping the glass upside down, put a lighted splint into the glass; if it's hydrogen, it will ignite with a 'pop' and burn upwards. If it is 'air' that has been sucked in somehow, it will be nearly all nitrogen and the splint will be extinguished.

Try that, report back. If it's not that, it's probably a leak.
 
Yes, if they did the soldering with active flux and didn't flush the residues out of the heating system, it could generate hydrogen; check whether the 'air' is hydrogen, as above.

Any automatic air vents on the system? Search Google images for a picture if you don't know what they look like.

What is the boiler?
 
didn't think any actually suggested aerjecs any more.

if its sucking air in through the open vent then its suggests a pipework or flow problem.
