Hi, i have boarded the loft floor out, but was wondering what to put on the rafters? 2.10m x 5.00m each side, was looking to put wallboard on because it is cheaper than plasterboard and hardboard. am i doing the right thing putting wallboard on?

Yes, if you don't mind it being freezing cold in winter, and are not bothered about Building Regs.
what can i put behind the wallboard? the roof has breathable felt, do i need to leave a 50mm gap between the felt and instalation for ventilation? also what does build reg say i put on? cannot find info on this!
