Identifying when a Galaxy G2 is set?

Indeed!

But Without triggering any Entry, it wont be long til we try to Exit, only to get the Entry countdown...!
Then go back to the keypad, turn it off, then turn on again and leave.

All this does beggar the question, what sort of alarm do you have that does not 'go off' when you have got up and start wondering around the house in the morning?
Not too good I would suggest.

Alan your solution of showing the banner on/off is perfect, and is what I did straight away. I should perhaps have said that my issue is resolved before trying to answer all the other questions.

I'm all ears on suggestions how best to have it.

PIRS and PETS don't mix. And shocks, glass breaks and contacts don't seemingly offer much in the way of 'Entry' when setting in night mode...

A nice light break sensor in the middle of the stair case might work, I suppose.

Sorry to reply to an old thread, but I am unable to find an answer to the original question. I also have a need for a SET+ output from a Galaxy Flex panel. I have the Trigger Module fitted but can't work out which option to program it as to give me a ALARM SET indication, this is needed to integrate it into a home automation system. The old alarm is a Optima G3 panel which has a SET+ onboard. I need the SET output to indicate when the alarm is full or part set, if they have to be separate outputs then that's fine, I just need to know which option(s) to program the output(s) to.

Program an output as option 09 which is 'set'. This will pull down the output to 0v when set.
