I recently had the electric off and when switched it back on the alarm was dead. I got an engineer who charged me £50 and said it just wanted switching back on. I have had the electric off again and the same thing has happened I dont want to pay £50 every time I turn the electric off. Anyone know how to turn this on as I cant seem to find a switch.

Thanks for your response there is no power no lights on this happened last time bloke who came said it just needed switching on
MCB tripped ? is there a separate fuse on your consumer unit for alarm ?
