Through Google I came across these forums whilst searching on double glazing of bay windows. There was a particularly interesting thread where a representative of Anglian Windows was monitoring and responding to problems and left a direct email contact address.
I intended to commend this support with an account of my bad experience many decades ago in comparison with the service the Company offers now.
Once my registration was completed I was able to log on but unable to return to my original page. There were however rejected pop ups and I seemed to end up being diverted to a similar thread on Money Saving Expert

Alas I can no longer find the original topic on DIYnot. For me it would have been much better if the registration process had gave the option to return to the thread I was dealing with.
