New Boiler

House built in 1980's and has glow worm back boiler and fire
Need to replace boiler but dont know what with, which is the best for a two bedroom, one bathroom, 5 radiators, cold water tank in loft andhot water tank in airing cupboard, washing machine and mixer shower in bathroom
Can anyone advise which is the best boiler

Keep it. That back boiler will last forever and most likely outlast any boiler you put in now.

It has very few moving parts. The parts there are cheap to fix.
My mums back boiler is 40 years old and has only needed a £5 thermocouple in all that time. Looks like new inside still.

No such thing as a "best" boiler.

The first thing to do is work out what size boiler you need, which is easy. Just use the Whole House Boiler Size Calculator.

This will give you the maximum output you need. There is no advantage installing a 20kW boiler when all you need is a 10kW.

However there is an advantage having the minimum output of the boiler as low as possible (below your requirement).
