help my compact boiler water pressure kept droping

I have this problem my pressure kept droping.

heat exchanger leaking into condensate pipe. my condensate pipe run like a tap

it is a old boiler i think it must be 5 years old. don't know who installed at first place.

need to know which part have failed. might get a new part or a new boiler if the part cost too much.

the heat exchanger i mentioned before is the main heat exchanger. it is the most expensive part, maybe i should get a new boiler..
