Hi all,
Basically am looking to convert a small room (currently a wc) into a3rd bedroom by stealing some of the 2nd bedrooms space and knocking through a landing cupboard. (all the current walls are stud walls). wc waste and water pipes will need to be cut / sealed off under the floorboards.
I've attached a picture of plans and just wondered if any one can give me a rough guide price. basically all i want to have to do myself is paint the walls when finished. also how long do you think it should take?

Any advice would be great.

You have to do all of these:

Step 1
Step 2
Step 3
Step 4
Step 5
Step 6
Step 7
Step 8
Step 9
Step 10
Step 11

Although that is a desperately cumbersome way to do it - a much easier and quicker alternative is to use an image hosting site, e.g. http://postimage.org/ (other sites are available) to upload your images.

Some hosting sites don't allow direct links to the images, and make you use thumbnails, but if so the good ones will provide the code all packaged and ready to paste in.

Postimage also has a neat Windoze Explorer extension that makes uploading screenshots a doddle.
