British food is like anywhere else. The good stuff is good - and the bad stuff is bad. Worst food I've had in a few years was on holiday in France. And I never know why people go on about American steaks. Every steak I've ever had in the States was watery, tasteless crap.
'Cos it laced with growth hormones and pumped with water, it's no wonder that most US meat products are banned under EU legislation, they're not deemed fit for human consumption.
