Aqualisa Digital Pumped

Hi Guys, any help would be appreciated.

Shower flow is reduced/poor and the added boost don't seem to work.


Any ideas, do I need a new unit?

Do you have the version that has different settings on the control box? There are some that can be set to pumped or combi. Can you hear or feel the pump working?

It's about 7 years old black with no controls that are visible, does that help?

No I don't think I can here the pump, it was getting loud

have you checked power to the unit? Is there a fuse anywhere on the supply. Have a look at the link that I posted above as it gives some common faults including reduced flow. If no joy, it might be worth contacting Aqualisa.

Just thinking the inline filters maybe blocked, are they easy to take off and clean without a flood?

Close the isolaters on the connections to the processor unit and undo the plastic nuts. The strainers are right there.

Guys, thanks all, that saved me some money, the cold strainer was blocked.

Cleared out put back together all now working well.
