yes its connected to the rhs of the plated heat exchanger. brass manifold with a 16mm (i think) nut on the top and a clear plastic hall sensor. Whip the sensor off and undo it and remove it. Make sure your cold water supply is off.

You need to take front cover off to access flow turbine.
Front cover is a combustion seal.
