Bridging kit for changing from meter to prepayment meter inside house. I may have a few kicking about somewhere.

I've known guys who can quote regs forever and have long lists of qualifications but throw their work in

And vice versa. My old man knows more than I'll ever know but put a pen in his hand and sit him at a desk and he goes to pieces. Never got his CORGI registration many years ago because of it.

I wont go into detail about what they do (for reasons that must be obvious)... but pretty much they are getting free gas. I will explain more once I can join the Combustion Chamber

As would any of us heating engineers who design and build control systems for any HVAC need? Especially when they can't be bought off the shelf and have to be designed in situ to suit a need?

All fun and games aside, the real reason behind the increase in gas theft is because the recession doesn't seem to have caught up with the Utility companies. They are making bigger profits than ever and quite frankly fleecing the average gas/elec consumer. You can thank the torys and good old Maggie Thatcher for privatising the industry.
