Yes, the fuse is in that pull-put carrier to the left of the switch, but what a mess has been made of the outgoing connection. And am I seeing things, or does that look like single concentric with the outer strands split off to the neutral & earth connections, so that there's no N-E separation on the feeder?
Was that the best they could install that split con? FFS

Not sure who installed it, inside is all VERY OLD. There is a JB in loft where the Concentric gets converted to what looks like twin and earth, I am back at the house tomorrow so will double check. Inside the house there are 2 meters also, it used to be two semi-detached but was converted into 1.
Ah, looking more closely I see that now. At first I thought that was blue tape.

It is a complete and utter pig's ear.
There should be a cover over the split-con. DNO's use them on the incoming cables. Not sure if they are available separately or as part of a kit.
As for jointing out the split con in the loft to T&E?? WTF????????
Why not take it direct into the CU?
EDIT: OK, read about how it used to be 2 properties.
Maybe the split-con was jointed off in the loft to split to each meter?
I would fit a resin joint unless there is one already.
Should there be RCD protection for the split-con/ T&E???

Those swfuses come with a cover, perhaps the 'installer' couldn't be bothered to fit it! Some cable clips to take the strain off of the terminals would be a good idea as well...

Luckily you have an isolation switch on the meter, so its an easy job to fit.

Looks like access for the PME earth terminal.
Its a feature on Lucy cutouts, but not often seen as the majority of cutouts are manufactured by Henley.

Where is the lower part of the Supply Header, i.e. the part which covers the cable entry area beneath the mains fuse?
It looks like a cowboy builder job to me from the presentation of that installation!
