Boiler Readings....what do you think of these?

Hi All,

I'm in the process of buying a flat that's currently unoccupied.

In the second viewing I noticed this on the boiler which is currently turned off.

What do you think of the readings? Are they OK?

What about the combustion readings??
Not sure what happened with regard to flue gas temp.....possibly FGA probe is fooked..

No mate, it's some Ariston thing, I would definitely say more than ten years old.

Are the readings that are there OK then? I literally just snapped them on my phone when I saw it.
