Had that happen to us... Customer went away. Dripping shower. Pulsing Saniflo for 3 weeks popped the connection off the inlet.
One and only claim on our insurance as one of our operatives had worked on it a few months before.

Would of asked them to explain their decision as there is no connection between what happened and your guy`s work.

some of these insurance companies employ gas and plumbing engineers , mainly for their gas work and cover the odd plumbing job ,but , half of those engineers have never even touched a ball cock so they just wing it tbh , fooking idiots while trying to look the dogs b@llocks in front of the customer
