Sorry to say he must of left the connection not fully tight.Had that happen to us... Customer went away. Dripping shower. Pulsing Saniflo for 3 weeks popped the connection off the inlet.
One and only claim on our insurance as one of our operatives had worked on it a few months before.![]()
