Aladdin self bleed radiator valves

Hi,

I purchased some Aladdin HV30c radiator valves. Do I need to remove the protruding white pin in the middle of the back of the valve. They look different than pictures on the Internet?

There’s a reason your radiators are full of air.

Take it as a warning that there is an underlying problem that needs to be resolved.

Sticking one of these sh!te valves on hides the symptoms but could give you a much bigger bill in the future.

So many of these quick fix gimmicks are thought up by individuals with zero understanding of heating systems.
