Sunamp

Bernard they sell Intergas boilers as well. They must think there is a market for it.

They also trade as the Evohome Shop, from whose website this is quoted

Bernard they must have agreement to be the shop for Intergas. You cannot run off and use someone else's name.

Numpty, they are acting as Intergas as sales. They are doing the sales side for them. There is obviously a contract between them. In effect they are Intergas.

They are not Intergas. FFS. It's not rocket science. The only contract between them will be the line of credit for purchasing stock.

It is amusing you posting from a position of total ignorance. Almost like that idiot flogging Oxyvents

I have Honeywell Logo's on my work jacket as well as Intergas. Also on my company email signatures, guess how many contracts I have with either firm? (NDA's don't count BTW).

Exactly.... zero.

The use of a similar but not identical logo and a statement that they are not Intergas UK may be enough to allow them to trade as Intergas Shop

If they breach copyright and/or infringe intellectual property rights and/or use a registered trade mark of another company then they could be taken to court over the matter. ?

Well seeing as they buy direct from Intergas, and hold training session for installers in their premises, I think being taken to court is as likely as Hard-On posting something meaningful.

Numpty, it is clear they are acting as Intergas in selling the product. And they sell Sunamp under the Intergas shop name.

Only if you are a complete ******.

Although I am not clear on what "are acts as" is supposed to mean.

Sunamp was never listed as anything other than Sunamp, either on the Intergas Shop or the Evohome Shop.

Suppose now you're going to tell us they are Honeywell too?

Dick.
